The Job Description

BIM Manager Eyes Enterprise (BIM MEE) – an engineering firm that provides advanced BIM solutions/services for Architectural Engineering Construction (AEC) industry as well as high-tech BIM technology solutions for Project 3D coordination and Management – is looking for an experienced Marketing Coordinator and Sale coordinator who is familiar with BIM and has experiences working for Architectural or Engineering firm.

The individual will possess the following qualifications:

• A degree/diploma in Marketing/Sale or related discipline, or 2+ Yrs. experience in similar role (in AEC industry) or a Technology (3yrs. degree/diploma) or Bachelor Degree in Construction Engineering or Architectural Design field. (holders of Canadian degrees are preferred)
• Well-versed in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
•  Familiar to Building Information Modeling (BIM) and its application in AEC industry.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, and Microsoft Publisher, Prezi
•  Firm grasp of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram) and “Virtual, Digital, and Social Media Marketing”
• Strong ability to conduct field (direct) and face to face marketing
• A valid Canadian passport and the ability to travel without restrictions
• Excellent time management skills, technical writing aptitude, the ability to multi-task, and work under tight deadlines.

Duties will include:

• Providing direct support to Sales Team and CEO as needed
• Organizing trade shows, training sessions and other company events (including logistics and travel arrangements)
• Designing advertisements, product brochures, promotional items and other graphically based projects as needed
• Managing "Squarespace-based" website and creating content on a regular basis (both written and video)
• Acting as point of contact for distributors/customers marketing needs; providing them with collateral and product information as requested and information for website support
• Presenting company at exhibitions, showcases and assigned direct (face to face) marketing tasks
• Additional projects from various departments

As part of the BASE team, you work with a group of highly motivated individuals, national and international clients. The “Marketing and Sale Coordinator (BIM Engineering)” position will join to the” Startup Tech Marketing and Business Development Management” team after one year. The Salary and payment will be managed in a mixed salary and bonus pattern. The position is available at the “non-full time” term for the first six month.
